ABOUT

Connection is essential for well being and allows us to thrive. I am passionate about helping people find their way to wellness through bodywork, movement and the therapeutic process. My practice is based in Auckland.

My mission is to create safe, supportive and inclusive spaces for healing from injury and trauma; and to help bring more wholeness, wellness and oneness into the lives of my clients.

GETTING TO KNOW

Naomi Cassrels

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

To gather to hold and witness, to celebrate, mourn and to make transitions. To gather because we need one another. To gather to show strength. To gather to honour and acknowledge. To gather to share and connect. To gather to know, understand, and heal. To gather to dance.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Be courageous, life is a dance floor. The sacred pulse of life is moving through us. Invite yourself to honour the dance of life.
