Woven Together

Seasonal Support Circles

Find a teacher page
seasonal support circles for those who want to move through seasonal transitions in community, supporting and supported by the collective wisdom of the circle.

Woven Together is an invitation to gather in intentional ways through the changing seasons of life. Rather than moving through these transitions alone, we come together in small circles to practice embodied presence, deepen our relationship with nature, nourish our nervous system, and listen to the wisdom of the circle.

In nature, nothing moves in isolation. Trees grow in groves, their roots intertwined beneath the surface, sharing nutrients, communicating, supporting one another’s growth. In the same way, we are not meant to move through meaningful seasons of our lives alone.

Each Woven Together circle is a seasonal threshold, a space to pause at the edge of what has been and what is becoming. A place to listen more deeply. To notice what is shifting, what is asking to be released, and what is ready to emerge.

Rather than rushing through these transitions, we gather to be with them together.

what is
woven together?

Woven Together is a small group seasonal support circle designed to accompany you through a meaningful stretch of time with intention, presence, and connection.

This is a space to slow down enough to listen. To tend to your nervous system. To deepen your personal relationship with nature. To explore ways of being in relationship that feel more resourced, more honest, and more connected.

We gather not only for our individual journeys, but to place ourselves in a circle where something larger becomes available. Where we can harvest the collective wisdom of the group, and be supported by perspectives beyond our own.

Like trees in a grove, there is strength in being connected. There is nourishment in shared space. There is resilience that emerges when we are not doing it alone.

Moving with the seasons

Woven Together is offered as a series of seasonal containers throughout the year:

  • Spring Equinox → Summer Solstice

  • Summer Solstice → Fall Equinox

  • Fall Equinox → Winter Solstice

  • Winter Solstice → Spring Equinox

At the heart of Qoya is the understanding that our essence is wise, wild, and free. And that we remember this through listening to the body, to nature, and to the rhythms that are already moving through us.

The seasons offer one of the most tangible reflections of these rhythms.

Spring is a season of emergence. A quiet stirring that invites us to listen for what is ready to grow and begin again.

Summer carries fullness, expression, vitality. A time of growth and outward movement.
Fall invites release, integration, and a turning inward.
Winter asks for rest, stillness, and deeper listening beneath the surface.

These seasonal thresholds are not abrupt shifts, but gradual, living processes. Just like in our own lives, there is often overlap. A simultaneous holding of what is ripening and what is ready to be let go.

In our time together, we practice being in relationship with these transitions.

Through movement, reflection, and relational practice, we explore what it means to listen to where you are in your own seasonal cycle; in your body, your nervous system, your relationships, and your life.

Each circle begins with four sessions dedicated to the relational skills of empathic presence, empathic listening, congruence and unconditional positive regard to set the foundation for our relating.

Rather than trying to fix, rush, or figure things out alone, through these skills we practice being with what is here. We gather in ways that allow for mutual support, co-regulation, and the natural emergence of collective wisdom.

There is something that becomes possible when we are witnessed in our process, and when we are willing to witness others. Not from a place of knowing, but from a place of curiosity, presence, and care.

Each seasonal threshold becomes an opportunity to:

  • notice what is ready to be released

  • honor what is asking to be integrated

  • listen for what is emerging

  • and allow your next steps to arise from a place of connection

This is not about moving through the seasons “correctly,” but about moving in relationship. With yourself, with others, and with the living world around you.

what we'll explore

Our sessions will focus on:

  • cultivating embodied presence

  • deepening our personal relationship with nature

  • nourishing our nervous system

  • relational skill building

  • service

  • being gratified by your life

Each seasonal container is small group for people who want to move through the season together, supporting and supported, navigating what comes up and continuing to commit to resourcing ourselves while being willing to listen to the wisdom of the circle.

LORE Wednesday

The Rhythm of Our Time Together

Each Woven Together circle unfolds over a seasonal threshold (approximately 12 weeks), held live on Zoom in a small group for each season.

Each session includes practices to support embodied presence, connection with nature, and nervous system nourishment, creating a space where you can slow down, listen, and return to yourself in the presence of others.

We begin by grounding in relational practices that support connection and presence. From there, the space opens to include sharing, support, integration, and continued exploration as the season unfolds.

We gather to practice being. Being with ourselves, with each other, and with the moment as it is.

To listen.
To witness.
To be witnessed.

Over time, the circle becomes a living field of practice where connection itself becomes part of the medicine, and where insight, clarity, and next steps often arise not from striving, but from presence.

Join Us in Circle

I know life is very full. And within that fullness, there are moments when something in us begins to stir. A quiet sense of being called. Called toward connection, toward being supported, toward not doing it alone.

When I slowed down and listened into this offering, I found myself thinking of the people who might feel that call. Those who are wanting to move through these seasons of life with so much unfolding in a more connected, supported, relational way.

This offering is an invitation to prioritize connection. To yourself, to others, to nature, and to the life you are living.

You’re invited to take a moment to feel into this, and notice what, if anything, is calling you. To listen for what resonates, and to trust the knowing that arises within you.

If you find yourself at a threshold, between what has been and what is becoming, you are warmly welcome here.

To move through a season,

Woven Together.
