Dreams speak to us in the language of symbol, sensation, and story - inviting us not just to interpret their messages, but to embody them through movement and dance. When we bring our day dreams and our night dreams into the body, we discover that each image carries its own rhythm, each emotion its own gesture, each symbolic teaching its own way of moving through us. Dance becomes a sacred conversation between our conscious self and the deeper wisdom of our soul, allowing us to feel into the dreams that visit us in sleep and the aspirations that call to us in waking life.
