As we move into the new year, I am drawing inspiration from Deb Dana's book called Anchored: How to Befriend Your Nervous System Using Polyvagal Theory.
In the introduction of the book Deb Dana writes, "Polyvagal Theory is the science of feeling safe enough to fall in love with life and take the risks of living." In the forward Stephen W.
