Here, we hold grief and gratitude in equal measure, honoring both in a dance that acknowledges the profound weight and gift of being alive in times of change.
This day-long retreat offers an immersion into the practices of tending the threshold through nature connection, ritual, and embodied movement. Together, we’ll begin with a welcome circle, make offerings to the land, hike amidst the beauty surrounding us, share a nourishing meal, and enter into spaces of reflection and renewal through tea ceremony and Qoya Inspired Movement.
