This gathering is part inspired dance experience, part community ritual, and part homecoming. Through simple, guided prompts, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and explore what it feels like to be more fully in your body and more authentically yourself with each song. Movement, music, nature, and shared stories weave together to support your presence, joy, and integration.
