About the event
The Reunion is an inspired dance experience where movement becomes medicine and personal connections nourish a sense of community. Through simple prompts, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body's wisdom as we explore feeling a little more in our bodies and more authentically ourselves with each song.
Our time together is curated to harness the power of nature, movement, music, and authentic connection. Throughout the experience, there will be opportunities to journal and share with others. Within the stunning brick-walled Senate Garage, we'll create a transformative space for two hours of dance, reflection, and community building.
MAY FLOWERS: AWAKENING TO YOUR TRUE NATURE
You are invited to bring a flower for our collective altar and if you're called to wear something that has flowers on it, go for it!
