Our theme for the month of December is Integration & Integrity.
This month, the question is, does integration lead to greater integrity? From a nervous system perspective, when life events overwhelm us, we tend to fragment our experiences and focus on one particular aspect. Through movement, nature offerings and community connection, there will be opportunities to reweave all aspects of ourselves together; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
