Dear Heart,
When I first went to Peru, the call was so clear for me. It was an organizing principle in my life. I even sold my car to pay for my flight! My heart knew, and my heart was right. My whole life was about to change.
After leading over 120+ retreats for the last 16 years, there is an art of pilgrimage that I am so honored to support when others feel a similar call, a knowing, an intuitive recognition that by traveling to another place on the planet, like Peru, we are also traveling to reawaken a part of ourselves.
For me, Peru is the place where the mystical meets the practical. We will work closely with the Q'ero Paqos, where spiritual teachings are not abstract; they are rooted in the realities of how the healing forces of nature create and sustain life.
At the center of our study is the concept of ayni, or right relationship, which respects the interconnectedness of all life. And, the most important thing in our ceremonies is that you do them with your whole heart (or as much as is available that day).
When I looked at the astrology for the year, I felt a spark around this particular convergence happening in mid-July. Some of the phrases my friend and astrologer Virginia Rosenberg was sharing were: harmonic convergence, a halo of history in the making, unprecedented evolutionary leap, awakening to new cosmologies, liberatory innovation, high mind + open heart, a renaissance of creative consciousness and an invitation to be the thread, weave the web.
I feel that spark again and if you feel it too, I would be so honored to share this adventure together.
This is a calling for a once-in-a-lifetime type of trip for people who want to immerse themselves in the Q'ero culture and teachings that focus on deepening one's personal relationship with nature, being on the path of right relationship and orient towards what awakens the heart.

through movement, nature, connection and pilgrimage, we REMEMBER OUR ESSENCE IS
Wise, Wild, and Free
we also REMEMBER that we are
Woven Together
This pilgrimage is an opportunity to experience the energetic transmission of the land and culture through lived experience.
There are some things we learn from reading them or hearing them. There are other aspects of life that we understand because of our immersion in them, where we experience them congruently and coherently mind, body, heart and spirit.
This is a trip that is curated to honor all the aspects of you and the individual intentions that you bring to this journey in multi-dimensional awareness.
You're invited to receive insight and inspiration from the teachings with the Q'ero Paqos and then have somatic emodiment sessions to integrate the insights you are receiving. There is a mix of guided practice and also spaciousness to explore in ways that feel right-sized, right-timed and intuitively guided.

PRAISE
"Peru is a homecoming. My time there on the Qoya Retreat was all I expected it to be. A remembrance through the land, culture and spirit. Our time was woven perfectly with excursions and personal time. Rochelle's ease of teaching was magically interwoven with the Q'ero traditions, allowing for a deeper embodiment of the journey. A personal highlight for me was also bringing my husband along for the excursions as part of our honeymoon! There's a few places in the world that feel like a soul home, and Peru is one of mine."

"Qoya in Peru was one of the most magical and memorable experiences of my life. The weaving together of movement with Rochelle and the prayer with the Q'ero Pacos visiting ancient sacred sites took my Qoya practice and my spiritual journey to a whole other level. I can't wait to go back!"
- Elan vital Mcallister
"The Qoya Peru retreat/experience/journey was the most inspiring adventure I’ve ever experienced. To this day, I feel the support of the healing and activities we received from the generous Qero people and the land of the sacred valley. And to have the opportunity to integrate the powerful days with Qoya practices was simply luxurious. I am incredibly grateful that Rochelle has cultivated such a beautiful relationship between our Qoya community and the Qero people."
