GETTING TO KNOW

Alison Love

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

Our bodies and lives are circles, not lines. Teaching Qoya is a remembrance of ourselves through movement, thats organic, authentic and joyful.
I love teaching Qoya because it incorporates movement, rituals, and connection with community all within 90 minutes or less.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Each class is uniquely designed, so if its your first time or committed for years, we all feel like beginners in Qoya.
