GETTING TO KNOW

Angharad Picton

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

To teach Qoya is a Sacred gift. To offer a Safe and Sacred space and an experience for a person/soul/woman to connect with themselves and their body in a way that they never have before, and in a way that feels good, that gives absolute permission to be in their body and to feel it all. To be able to offer tools and resources that allow a deeper connection to themselves so that they can begin to remember who they are and use the principles within Qoya as a way to navigate their life from a place of Love, Compassion and Authenticity.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

If you are looking for deeper connection to yourself, to your loved ones, to your work, to life itself, come and experience Qoya for yourself and discover the Truth within your own body and begin to live from that place.
