ABOUT

Hi, my name is Ana and I'm nurturing my community and the land with my devotion to my work.
As an herbalist and flower essence practitioner I´m deeply rooted in an animistic worldview and my work is rooted in shamanic traditions, so I love to talk to the plants and offer my love to the earth.
I am connecting people back to the wisdom of the land, to their bodies and emotions, and finally back to themselves.
Qoya found me in 2019 in a forum. There was a link to a Qoya video, and because the word QOYA just called something in me, I opened the first video, saw it, was deeply touched, and then I danced and moved myself through every video I got my hands on. I then read the book and just couldn´t stop. It filled my soul and body with so much ease and joy – it simply felt soooo good. I began to dream of Qoya and woke up with it – this was the moment I decided to learn more about it. I joined my first online class. After that, I knew I wanted to be a Qoya teacher – to not only do it but to live it.
I joined the teacher training in 2020 and since then, I have shared it with my community and mostly online since then.
All Qoya Classes are held in German, but can also be held in English (please contact me for that).
You can dance with me monthly online - go to my Instagram to be updated with dates, while my website is under construction.

GETTING TO KNOW

Anica Woloszyn

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

Qoya for me is a way back home to myself, to my essence, and it’s a sacred gift I am now able to give to others. It allows us to release our minds to the wisdom of our bodies and our inner wisdom, and it can help to open our hearts not only for us but also for each other. It is a sacred offering for all to come back home to yourself, to get to know yourself and fall in love again, building compassion and trust in the body and allowing it to feel. Gently opening the heart to yourself and then, sharing this openness with others, to experience that we are all one. For me, it is a great way to build up sisterhood and deep connections for women where they're able to see themselves and others with the loving eyes of their hearts. Because we are love and we are worthy to feel good and enjoy ourselves. I love to be a vessel for this sacred gift and support women to experience their authentic and honest truth – all of it. The light and the dark, the lights and the lows. Everything! And to experience that all aspects of the soul are worthy to be embodied. That we are wise, wild, and free.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Do it! There is one thing we will regret someday: that we haven’t done things. So do it! There is something inside of yourself that resonates with Qoya , so trust your body and try it. Maybe you’ll like it and want to do it again, or maybe you won’t, but either way, you’ve had a great new experience. And maybe you fall in love with Qoya, and we will dance together someday.
