After a burnout in 2019, I discovered the Qoya in 2021 following a flow of synchronicities. A response from the universe to my desire to reconnect with dance and to combine practicing Yoya and dance.

The first class I took online with Claire Garin, the French-speaking voice of Qoya, was a re-connection to me and my body.

I immediately started online training with Rochelle and with Claire in France. This was the first time I heard this sentence: It's more about what it feels like and less about what it looks like.
