ABOUT
I was born and raised in Sydney, yet I never truly felt free there. From a young age, I was captivated by the mysteries of the spiritual world—an unseen realm that called to me deeply. Dance became the portal that guided me into that space. My mother introduced me to ballet before I could even walk, a gift that would shape the course of my life.
At the age of 12, I was awarded a scholarship to The McDonald College of Performing Arts in Sydney, where I trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance. Dance, along with writing, became my sanctuary—the healing forces that lifted me from the shadows of my mind and allowed me to reach higher states of being.
At 22, I left Sydney with an insatiable curiosity, seeking to immerse myself in diverse cultures and deepen my spiritual practices. I longed to understand the root of human pain and suffering—not just intellectually, but through ritual, experience, and soul connection. I soon realized that the world itself was my home, and true belonging came wherever my heart was free to express itself, without constraint.
Today, I live as a free spirit—devoted to human and spiritual evolution, and deeply drawn to the esoteric and metaphysical. That path has led me to the sacred island of Bali. Known for its magic and mystery, it is here, within the nurturing womb of Mama Bali, that I feel most connected to the divine source of love that lives within us all.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
When I think about teaching Qoya, something lights up inside me—goosebumps rise, and I feel completely alive. Movement has always been a part of my soul’s language. I grew up as a dancer, yogi, and personal trainer, and later studied holistic counseling and various energy healing modalities. For years, I searched for a way to weave these passions together into something meaningful and transformative.
Qoya is that fusion.
It’s the space where everything I’ve lived, studied, and embodied comes together in service. Teaching Qoya is not just a practice—it's a sacred offering. It allows me to help uplift the power love on this planet through intentional, expressive movement. This is the heart of my life’s work, and I’m honored to share it.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
It’s time to release inhibition, awaken your body’s wisdom, and reconnect with your divine feminine through movement.
If you ever have the chance to experience Qoya, I wholeheartedly encourage you to embrace this healing practice. Qoya is more than just a class—it’s a sacred and deeply profound initiation that invites you to explore how movement feels, rather than how it looks. It’s an invitation to return to your inner compass, guiding you beyond thought to navigate your life with intention.
Give yourself permission to reclaim your feminine power, move freely, and discover joy in the process.
Qoya is a spirit that called to me—and I answered. After just one class, I felt a deep transformation and a rekindling of my mind-body connection. In that moment, my entire world shifted.
