Élan is a lifelong dancer who has been practicing and teaching Qoya since 2016. She is deeply grateful for the insights, growth, community and inspiration that Qoya has offered over the years and looks forward to seeing where it will take her next. In addition to teaching Qoya, Élan has been a birth worker, maternity care consumer advocate and policy expert for over 20 years. She is passionate about helping women reclaim their creative power - both in the birth room and on the dance floor.

For me, teaching Qoya is a sacred practice that offers the opportunity to open a portal toward insight and transformation. It is such an honor to share this practice with others and to witness their unique journey of discovery.
