ABOUT
Hello, love. I'm Emma, and I teach Qoya because it’s the most transformational, meaningful and joyful practice I've ever experienced.
I'm also a clinical hypnotherapist, transformational coach, sound healer, yoga (and yoga nidra) teacher, qualitative researcher, workshop facilitator and retreat leader, based in Bournemouth, UK and working with clients all over the world.
While I live on the south coast of England, I'm actually Scottish, and so I also occasionally teach and run events in Scotland.
After years of being at war with myself, Qoya helped me find peace at last. Through Qoya, I remembered how to actually feel; how to love my body; how to express and embody my truth; and how to appreciate and respect the sacred in life. Thanks to Qoya, I started to truly honour my dreams and life purpose.
There are a lot of things that wouldn't have seemed possible to me without Qoya, and now I would never want to imagine life without it.
I completed my training in November 2018. I teach in person and online.
GETTING TO KNOW

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
The experience of Qoya changed my life for the better and so teaching Qoya has been a dream come true for me. I'm always thrilled to share this gentle yet powerful practice with women who feel the call.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Please, just come along, just as you are. Believe me, I was shy and nervous about trying Qoya the first time, I thought I'd want to run away, but instead I found the safest, bravest, most encouraging space and community I've ever experienced. Classes are always welcoming and there's no pressure to do anything you don't want to. If you're curious, join us and see! My hope is that you too will find that Qoya simply feels like coming home to yourself. Also, I'm always happy to chat beforehand if you have questions. I'd be delighted to welcome you!
