ABOUT

I am an Irish women living in Dublin and I am interested in exploring what brings more joy into our every day living. What lights each one of us up. I am deeply curious about every single journey that each soul takes and I enjoy listening to and sharing stories, connecting with people in a deep and meaningful way.

I also love the enrichment that we can get by going inside to explore who we are and our connection to the Divine. Dancing for me is the bridge between the physical embodiment of who I am and the Spiritual essence of my Divine Feminine . The Lightness of Being as a way of life really interests me and I love exploring different ways to bring this into my life and the life of others. Dancing is one of them.

GETTING TO KNOW

Geraldine Lavelle

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

To teach Qoya for me is an expression of the joy and love of who I am in this world. I deeply care that women are offered a means to connect with themselves in a safe, loving, joyful and fun way. I love to provide the vehicle of a Qoya class so that other women can experience their essence, their joy, their embodiment, their intuition, their hearts, their souls and all that they are in this world. To teach Qoya allows me to introduce women to the rich and supportive experience of sisterhood and community.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

If you feel you want to dance, to move, to express yourself, to reconnect with a deeper part of yourself, to experience sisterhood then this is the class for you. There is no right or wrong way on this path of life, it is different for every single one of us so if you feel drawn to QOYA, come dance. Qoya is a fun, easy-to-follow class, There is no way to do it wrong. Follow that niggle that is asking you to dance. come dance.
