ABOUT

Heather is a mother of 3 children. Her husband, Nick, and she moved to Invercargill 4 years ago from Dunedin where she had graduated from Otago University with a Degree in Performing Arts. Before becoming a mother she danced professionally. A major achievement was dancing under Bronwyn Judge and traveling her show Circulus Antarcticus to Germany and Switzerland, and then touring New Zealand. She desires to be present in her authentic power and wishes to guide other's into shining their light through dance in a fun, strong and heart full way.

GETTING TO KNOW

Heather Hubber

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

Teaching Qoya gives me joy to know that I can offer women a way to remember their own freedom through dance, where they experience the strength and support of the circle of women. It lifts your personal power, it is awe-inspiring, it is therapeautic, it is a work-out and it is fun. It is with gratitude that as women we remember our divine feminine in Qoya where our essence is, wise, wild and free.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

"Go for it!!! Nothing to loose everything to gain, to revel in your divine beauty through movement is empowering."
