ABOUT
I am a brave and resilient soul who was sent here to take steps into the into the unknown and then circle back to light the way for other women.
I am wild-hearted, courageous, and authentic. I feel fully alive when I am in nature, spending time in soulful conversation, or dancing.
My mission is to heal the earth, one heart at a time. By sharing what I have learned along my journey, I am able to guide others back to the wisdom that resides within each of them so that they can learn to be with and heal their own pain and then radiate more healing out into the world.
I recently took a huge leap of faith and left my secure career to follow my passion for life coaching, teaching Qoya classes, and yoga. I offer Qoya classes at The Studio in Reno, Nevada the second Saturday of each month, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Qoya classes online. All classes are posted in the Qoya Nevada Facebook group. WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
For me it is an honor to hold a sacred container that allows women to re connect with their inner wisdom. To witness women remembering who they are and becoming strong enough to let the false ideas of who they are fall away, so that they can be their most authentic selves is exciting, because the world needs the feminine now more than ever.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
