ABOUT
Jurate is a speaker, feminine embodiment guide, meditation and feminine workshops facilitator, certified teacher of Qoya practice and a Sound Healing Practitioner. Jurate uses thought, sound, word, music, movement, self awareness and presence to support the Self Remembering Journey.
Jurate’s wish is to inspire and empower women to honestly and truly remember their innate gifts, uncover their infinite possibilities and clarify their life’s mission so each one of us could live this life feeling fulfilled, juicy, fertile, shining and in full expression of creativity in business, social and personal lives.
Infinite treasures are within and Jurate invites to explore them together via different practices and modalities.
At the moment Jurate is living in Dubai with her husband and shares the teachings and workshops there as well as in her home country, Lithuania, in the country she was living before coming to Dubai - Latvia and in Italy.
Jurate is a passionate advocate for each one of us to open our eyes, to open our hearts, to be curious, to explore and to finally see, feel and appreciate the beauty, the love and and the divine that each one of us carries within. She could speak for hours about the ways that taking responsibility for our own growth brings us response-ability to create health, harmony, peace, flow, abundance, joy, kindness and love as within, so in this majestic universe. We are co-creators of our realities, let's co-create the reality we wholeheartedly desire to live in! With passion, with ease, with laughter.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
I've received a revelation recently that says: unlearn in order to remember. And Qoya is such a crucial, yet, playful way to move through the process of unlearning. Unlearning the conditioning, old beliefs, old stories in the body, in the feelings and in the thoughts and to remember our true essence through the movement of our body. A sacred space of Qoya class is an alchemical container for everyone's intentions and wishes to be held, explored with curiosity, experienced to the limits that feel honest and manifested if so wished. For me to teach Qoya is to be a part of this magical process of a woman re-creating herself, of a woman re-membering herself and opening to her innate infinite gifts. It's as if you would witness a rebirth. Rebirth to the wise, wild and free essence of a woman.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
I would say - if Qoya class (an invitation, an event) popped up for you, I invite you to be curious, to take it as a sign that there is a gift for you. Come to the class as you are and allow yourself to explore. That's all it takes. A small step. Qoya class is one of the most profound, yet vastly simple, self growth tool on this Earth. Qoya is a container to unlearn the conditioning and to remember the essence. And all of that is approached through fun, community, play, laughter and being witnessed.
