ABOUT
As a creativity and empowerment coach, Qoya teacher and NLP practitioner, I understand the balance of mind, body and soul, which is why I call my work practical magic.
I believe that there’s magic inside all of us and that only we have the power to tap into that magical kingdom within. I believe that you are the secret to unlocking all of the rich jewels that live within you. I believe that you have all of the answers you’re ever going to need. And in order to unlock the key to that treasure chest of rich creativity that is buried within you we need to go on a voyage of discovery using practical magic to live a creative life on your own terms.
Living creatively is simply living a life you want to live and doing it on your own terms. In your own way. It’s being a soulful rebel in a sea of normality.
GETTING TO KNOW
Kate Taylor
WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
It means the opportunity to drop out of my head and into my heart. It is also the opportunity to join in circles of women as we remember our divine essence. I love that moment when something shifts. It can be subtle, or it can be a huge awakening, but it's always there - in every dance.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
You've felt the calling. Trust your instincts and try it. If you're feeling conscious about moving your body in front of people, take it at your own pace. It will pass as you remember the joy of what it feels to move in the way your body desires to move. Even if you feel that all you can muster is to tap a foot, then come and tap a foot!
