Kris Le Crozier, LMT/Qoya Teacher, grew up in a small northern Michigan town. After graduating from college with a Bachelor's degree in outdoor and environmental recreation, she found herself in southwest Virginia. There she fell in love with the outdoors, with people and travel, and at the same time felt the need to explore the West. She moved to Frisco, Colorado, worked at ski areas and restaurants and, over time, felt she had more to offer people. She kept feeling a nudge to massage school. She followed the nudge, heading to Crested Butte, CO and attended Mountain Heart School of Massage and Transformational Therapy. There she completed nearly 1,000 hours of intense training and felt more aware and alive than she ever had before.
Since then, Crozier (as she's called by her friends) opened her own business, YOUR JOURNEY bodywork, and worked at a fly-out fishing lodge in Alaska and a few spas in Colorado and Montana. While seeking a niche modality, she discovered Thai Yoga Massage. Traveling and studying in Thailand brought more worldly awareness on living a simple life. Driving through the lush countrysides, snorkeling the crystal clear waters, and living with the locals brought much peace and comfort to her own life. And let’s not forget the food, oh the food! Now nationally certified as well as licensed in Montana, Crozier feels she is right where she needs to be.
When Crozier is not massaging, you can find her soaking in hot springs, anywhere outside playing in the rivers and in the snow, on her yoga mat, and of course, dancing.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
I want to share the beauty of Qoya with women with pure honor to be a part of this tribe. For me to teach is not only a challenge, but a blessing. I have tapped more into feeling and being since receiving the permission of “there’s no way you can do it wrong.” It means... connection, love, and the divine feminine.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
If you enjoy one or any of these things, you’ll probably enjoy Qoya: Women. Music. Dance. Yoga. Moving. Talking. Laughing. Singing. Crying. Sharing. Love. Grace. Presence. Sacredness. Connecting.
