Laurie, a Matriarch of Movement, is dedicated to empowering women by raising feminine consciousness through practices that contribute to women’s healing and health. She teaches Qoya and is available to provide Qoya and yoga Nidra for women’s retreats and gatherings. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and is a certified Daring to Rest yoga Nidra facilitator, Holistic Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert.

Laurie is a member of Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation in Treaty 4 Territory (Canada) and resides in Cold Lake, Alberta (Treaty 6 Territory) with her son Gabriel, his wife Samantha and two grandchildren, Yiorgos and Madeleine.
