ABOUT
I never would have dreamed of the change Qoya has brought for me. All it took was ONE class, and I said: “I have found my life’s calling.” Moving my body this way felt true for me on a cellular level in a safe space that I have never experienced before.
I am a teacher, world traveller, mompreneur, and free spirit. Having lived in three cultures for long periods, I truly believe in one human family instead of borders or races. My job is to bring joy and light to everyone around me. I help women transform and make changes in their lives for the better, discovering that their wisdom is within.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
When I teach Qoya, my heart opens. I know deep down that authenticity shines through when you love what you do, and you are doing just that. I feel connected to the women in the class and honoured by their presence. My nature is that of a nourishing mother, and Qoya gives me the space to be of service in the most loving way. And magic happens for all of us. By giving them this gift, I feel nourished myself as well. We all go away feeling more of who we are. I am grateful and exuberant that I get to be a Qoya teacher.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Definitely try it with an open curiosity, not knowing what to expect. Just allow it to take you along for the ride.
