Looking for your tribe? Qoya creates such AH-mazing communities of women, sharing, laughing, learning and dancing! It wasn't until I began dancing Qoya each week that I realised just how lonesome and far from myself I'd drifted, just by living the 'grown up' life. A painful divorce and 4 beautiful children to care for single-handedly meant that my energy stores were well and truly depleted and my personal well-being was bottom of the list. Qoya not only bought me back into my body but somehow SUPER-CHARGED so that I was more ME than ever before! From then on my life took a dramatic turn for the better, and I literally have not looked back. Now a trained Qoya Teacher, Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Master and Support Teacher in schools, Qoya genuinely helped me to uncover and remember my life path and soul mission. Qoya has breathed life back into my soul and I cherish being able to share this magic with other beautiful women.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
To share Qoya with other women is a humbling experience and a great privilege. I love gently guiding people through the class, inviting them to drop out of the head, where we spend so much of our time, and into the body, to feel into and remember their true essence.
