ABOUT

I am a Qoya teacher and activist who lives in Surrey, UK where I work as a collaboration consultant and offer well-being and empowerment classes, rituals, and workshops for women.

I believe that everything we need is within us. My purpose is to help others to remember who we are before the world told us who we should be. I am committed to supporting women to feel deeply and move from pressure to pleasure in real, daily ways - most importantly listening to our bodies through movement and through staying connected to our cyclical nature.

My Qoya and women’s well-being practices are a natural extension of my leadership quest as campaigner, connector, and warrior for social justice, in particular gender equality and ending violence against women and girls.

I currently offer Qoya classes, workshops and retreats throughout Europe. My events incorporate movement practices, meditation and breathwork, shamanic rituals, and creative offerings which are deeply reflective and respectful of the spaces and natural locations I teach in.

GETTING TO KNOW

Meghan Field

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

I love Qoya. I love teaching it. I love practicing it. I love that it is a portal disguised as a movement class. I truly believe that if you come to a class, there will be a moment - or a series of moments - in which something will click. The remembering of who you are - your true essence as wise, wild and free - will happen. Your body will guide you to this connection and it will feel good and true. We say that you come as you are to Qoya and leave as more

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

The hardest part of a movement class is often just showing up. Come to a Qoya class with an open heart and give it a go. It might just change your life.
