ABOUT
You can see more upcoming Qoya classes in Northern California on our Facebook page "Qoya Sacramento."
My awakening journey brought me to the divine feminine. Teaching me to honor my intuition, to feel deeply, to connect with myself and others. To be open and receptive. Reminding me that I am connected to everything around me. Honoring that sacred pulse. I feel and trust this so deeply. It has helped me embody the true essence of who I am, understanding that is I am are here. To offer my unique expression into the world.
GETTING TO KNOW
Melissa DeKellis
WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?
To me, teaching Qoya is about being of service. It's about holding space for other women to connect with their own beautiful essence. Creating a community where we are supported and connected. Where we honor sisterhood, ritual, and ceremony.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Do it! If you are hearing about Qoya and are able to get to a class or a retreat, then you are supposed to go. The experience is meant to be.
