ABOUT

Nicola lives balanced across the corporate world and her passion for feeling inspired and totally embodied. Having a Bachelor of Human Resources, a Diploma in Homeopathy, Certificate in Kinergetics, and a heightened sense of intuition, Nicola came across Qoya when she was searching for ways to help herself and clients to ground back into their bodies. Whilst working with individuals, she had recognised that many were stuck somewhere between their mind's chatter and the energetic realm, and nothing was allowing them to move forward or overcome barriers; therefore, they were unable to create what they desired within this physical world. It was at this time she discovered Rochelle and Qoya!

This simple, fun but powerful movement practice became a true game changer. Through the experience of feeling so sensually embodied, she recognised how powerful it is to find, trust, and harness the body's ability to sense not just the external but internal world and to use these sensations as your compass. To ride the rollercoaster of life with the Qoya tool kit has proven to be the most accessible, joyful and healing offering she has discovered so far. Today, she teaches Qoya wherever she is based (currently Melbourne, Australia) whilst also continuing to work in the corporate world helping leaders to create more effective and inclusive (should we just say more feminine?) corporate cultures. On good days, this includes sneaking Qoya practises into team workshops!

GETTING TO KNOW

Nicola Belcher

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

For me teaching Qoya is an honour, a joy, and an amazing opportunity to share my own learnings inside a tool/structure that we all know works! It provides me with the opportunity to share all parts of myself and to be my true self. I'm also able to create a safe space for other women to explore authentic power, which inspires me.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

I would tell them you have nothing to lose - AND a whole lot of joy to find!
