ABOUT
I teach classes at various venues in the South Bay including San Jose and the surrounding area (Campbell, Saratoga, Santa Cruz etc.) Email me directly to learn about upcoming classes or if you have a studio that would love to host a Qoya class.
By day, I am an Educational Therapist and Mentor assisting children to support and nurture the amazing gifts they have to offer the world as well. My mission is to empower the children and teens that I work with to be who they are and express their wisdom.
By night (well, some nights and some days too!), I am a Qoya teacher and love sharing this practice with women to remember that we are wise, wild and free.

It means being an advocate holding transformative spaces for women to remember who they are.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Come with an open heart and mind and see if class resonates with you. There is more to a Qoya class than just the movements- it tends to attract some amazing like minded women as well :)
