ABOUT

I was a full time mum. My kids were getting older and didn’t need me as much, and I was turning 40. I had a strong feeling that there was something that I needed to do next. I wanted to find a way to fuse my love for movement, bringing women together, and deepen my spiritual practice. Then I met Rochelle and tried Qoya. I had found exactly what I was looking for. I began a two year journey to become a qualified Qoya teacher and finished the training in May 2017. I now teach classes and workshops.

Qoya has rebirthed and helped me to remember my wise wild and free.

GETTING TO KNOW

Nikki Lane

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO TEACH QOYA?

Teaching Qoya is a gift. When I put together a class it gives me the chance to connect to how I truly feel. Then creating a space for other women to come and share, dance and connect to themselves is truly an honor.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING INSPIRED TO TRY QOYA FOR THE FIRST TIME?

If you have found Qoya or Qoya has found you, try a class, and see how it feels for you.
