ABOUT
I was born and raised in the South West of England and Ireland. I now live in the exquisite environment of Orcas Island in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S, raising two boys and cultivating an intentional life with reverence to the natural world. My daily rhythms draw reference from the paths in life i've taken so far. I'm deeply influenced by astrology, intuitive eating, personal growth, dreamwork, prayer practices and my body. I love to cultivate connection with others through storytelling, celebration, intentional circles and singing. The hats i wear are mother, creative, mover, healer, nourisher, facilitator and forever student of life. I am currently training as a Minister of Walking Prayer.
